When will you ship my order?
Orders are shipped on the next business day. All orders received on Friday after 12pm will be shipped on the following Monday. (Holidays excluded)

 

How long will it take to receive my order?
We utilize USPS and UPS Ground for shipping. Depending on your location, your order is anticipated to arrive within 1 to 5 business days from the shipping date.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. Once the shipping courier collects your package, it is beyond our control. We encourage you to monitor your tracking number for any updates regarding the status of your shipment.

SHIPPING DURING THE HOLIDAYS
All orders received are promptly shipped on the following business day, with the exception of holidays. We schedule daily pickups for shipments. Transit times displayed on our website are provided by UPS and USPS and serve as estimates only. 

We cannot assure the exact time of delivery and do not accept responsibility for any delays not attributable to our operations. Should you require your order to be delivered by a specific date, we recommend selecting a guaranteed shipping service available during the checkout process.

 

How do I track my order?
Once your order is prepared for shipping, you will receive an email from True Delicious containing your tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number provided, you will be able to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches its destination.

 

I haven't received the tracking number of my order. How do I get one?
Please fill out the form available on our support page. We will attend to your inquiry and respond to you at the earliest opportunity. Thank you for reaching out.

 

Where do I find the nutrition facts of your products?
All nutrition labels are located on the product page or in the photos of each single products right below the description.

 

There is problem with my order. What do I do?

Unfortunately, we’re a small team and aren’t taking phone orders. Please place your order on our website. If you need help, reach us anytime through our support page. Our team will follow up during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm PT, excluding holidays).


About free shipping
To qualify for complimentary shipping, your order total must meet or exceed $50 after any discounts have been applied. Should you apply a coupon code and your subtotal falls below $50, please consider adding additional items to meet the minimum purchase requirement.

Our free shipping service is fulfilled via USPS or UPS Ground, contingent upon the package's weight and destination address. Please note that transit times are approximate and not guaranteed.

 

Can I freeze your products?
reezing is okay for our biscotti/cookies, but please note the texture can change slightly after thawing (especially for more delicate cookies). Because our products have a naturally long shelf life of 3+ months, you usually don’t need to freeze them.

If you choose to freeze:

  • Pack airtight (keep in the container or place in a freezer bag; press out excess air).
  • Thaw at room temperature in the closed container to prevent condensation.
  • Optional crisp-up: 300°F oven for 3–5 minutes, then cool before enjoying.
  • We don’t recommend refrigeration (it can add moisture and affect texture).

 

What is the best way to store the biscotti and cookies?
Keep them in their container with the lid fully shut, stored in a cool, dark place (pantry/cupboard). Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
