Refund & Replacement Policy

All Sales Are Final

Because our products are handcrafted perishable food items, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@truedelicious.com.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period, for any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at support@truedelicious.com with your order number.
