Can I send different sets to different people?

Yes. Add more than one set to your order and choose which set each recipient gets when you build your list.

Can I add a personal note?

Yes. Add a note for each recipient in your spreadsheet (or on each recipient card) and we print it on a card inside the box.

When will the gifts ship?

Orders of up to 15 boxes ship the next business day. Larger orders ship within 1–7 business days. You can also choose a future ship date for each recipient — handy for holiday timing.

How is shipping charged?

Ground shipping is free to every recipient in the US. Each recipient gets their own tracking number.

Will the biscotti arrive in good condition?

Yes. Each biscotto is individually wrapped and the boxes are built for shipping. Biscotti are crisp, not hard, and have a shelf life of over three months at room temperature. Sets with chocolate-dipped biscotti ship October through April so the chocolate arrives intact.

Do you accept purchase orders or invoicing?

Orders are paid by card at checkout — one payment for all recipients, with a single receipt for your records. If your company needs an invoice or PO reference, contact us after ordering.

Can I add my company logo or custom packaging?

Not for online orders. For very large programs, contact us and we’ll see what’s possible.

Are the ingredients natural?

Yes. Every ingredient is natural and non-GMO, with no preservatives or artificial flavors. Made in a bakery that also handles nuts, eggs, dairy and wheat.
