Chocolate Dipped Almond Biscotti
Our Chocolate Dipped Almond Biscotti start with the original: the classic Tuscan almond biscotti recipe, loaded with whole California almonds and twice-baked until crisp, never hard. Each biscotto is then dipped on the bottom in Guittard Etoile du Nord 64% semi-sweet chocolate, so you get a rich chocolate base under a crunchy, nutty bite.
We chose Guittard for its flavor and because it’s made without soy lecithin. Enjoy these Italian biscotti with your morning coffee, a glass of dessert wine, or on their own. They’re also a favorite holiday gift for anyone who loves chocolate and almonds.
Chocolate dipped biscotti are a seasonal batch, available October through April only.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship the next business day from our bakery in Petaluma, California. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday ship the following Monday. We are closed on holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground. Delivery typically takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location. Transit times are estimates and not guaranteed — once your package is with the carrier, tracking updates will keep you informed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $50 after discounts. If a coupon brings your total below $50, consider adding another item to qualify.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Click the tracking number to follow your shipment in real time until it arrives. If you can't find that email, please check your spam or promotions folder first.
Can I freeze your products?
Freezing is fine for our biscotti and cookies, though texture may change slightly after thawing — especially for more delicate cookies. Since our products have a 3+ month shelf life, freezing is rarely necessary.
If you choose to freeze:
- Pack airtight — keep in the original container or transfer to a freezer bag with excess air pressed out
- Thaw at room temperature in the closed container to prevent condensation
- Optional: crisp up in a 300°F oven for 3–5 minutes, then cool before enjoying
- We do not recommend refrigeration as moisture can affect texture
What is the best way to store biscotti and cookies?
Keep them in their original container with the lid fully closed, stored in a cool dark place such as a pantry or cupboard. Avoid heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
Where do I find the nutrition facts?
Nutrition labels are on each product page, in the product photos or near the description.
Do your gift cards expire?
No. True Delicious gift cards never expire. They are delivered by email — you can send one straight to the recipient with a personal message — and any remaining balance stays on the card.
There is a problem with my order. What do I do?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If anything is wrong with your order please contact us through our support page. We typically respond within 1–2 business days, excluding holidays.
What is your return policy?
Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged or something is off, we will make it right with a replacement or full refund. Contact us through our support page with your order number and a description of the issue.
